Just a small random act of kindness can turn someone’s day around. Did you know there is an entire week dedicated to this in February?
The second week of February has been deemed the Random Acts of Kindness Week by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation. This year it will be held February 11-17. Random Acts of Kindness Foundation (RAK) was established in 1995 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspire everyone to practices and spread kindness in their own lives. RAK offers free resources for schools and communities to help others with random acts of kindness around the globe. Their goal? To make kindness a reflex, not an act. RAK wants to instill kindness in everyone’s lives, so the need for it is obsolete! This week is just a reminder that these acts can be done every day throughout the year!
